Max,

Mother's Day: Daddy made the sweetest video of you, me, and Tagg.  It had lots of pictures of us and sweet soundtracks with you and Tagg giggling and singing...my favorite kind of noise!  I was able to come to your Sunday School class on Mother's Day and watch you interact with Mrs. Anne, Jude, Macey, Claire, and Addie Mae.  All of you are so sweet.  I heard you sing Jesus loves me and say a prayer with Mrs. Anne.  I am so thankful for her and all of the people who are helping you learn about Jesus.  I can't say you were the most well behaved that day, but I can say my heart was full and happy!

Park adventures: We have been going to the park quite a bit lately in the evening, enjoying some play time and then ice cream time at your favorite, Dairy Delight.  It never fails that while at the park you have to go #2!  I probably scare you and am contributing to future OCD tendencies when I constantly tell you not to touch anything in the park bathroom.  Ugh...I'm grossed out just thinking about it.  On a side note, I'm so proud of you for being potty trained.  There were moments last summer when I thought you might never be potty trained.

Last night at the park, this conversation went down:
Older lady: Well, how old are you?
Max: as you are spinning in circles on the swing on your tummy, 3........and, how old are you?
Older lady: too old...as she laughs

You, my sweet child, never meet a stranger.

Prayers: One of my very favorite things is listening to your prayers.  After we convince you to slow down and speak slowly, that is.   You have a tendency to want to rush through them...
Thank you for cement mixers, dump trucks, elevators, and parades. And all the beautiful things.

You have a sweet, innocent heart.

I hope you know right now how much I love you!

Momma
