Max, you are growing and growing. You talk like an adult sometimes, and then I have to stop and remind myself that you aren't an adult, you're 3, you're still learning, and you're still a little boy...even though you are turning into such a big boy!
You like to go with me to Flex where I'm teaching exercise classes and you go to the daycare there (a tiny room with too many kids). When we came home and you were about to open the door to go inside, you stopped, looked up and said, "Listen, Momma, the birds are sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Start." So sweet...so we stood on the porch and listened to the whole song.
We celebrated your fourth Easter. On the way to church you told us that the bad men put Jesus on the Cross, but God brought Him back. I pray you always hunger for the God's Word. That morning we were getting you dressed, a long sleeved white button up paired with white and blue pin-striped shorts. About 15 minutes after your shorts had been on, you looked down put your arms up in the air and said, "Momma, what happened to my pants. They don't go to my feet." We had to explain that it's getting warm and time to start wearing shorts again.
Just 2 nights ago you fell out of the bed and hit your head on the nightstand. I didn't even hear you, which makes me feel awful. When I asked you the next day what had happened to your head you said, "I fell off the bed like this and then hit my head like this and then I cried and cried and my voice got louder and louder and nobody came." Oh break my heart, why don't you. I told you to just come on to my room any time you felt sad or hurt. Poor baby!!
You have still not quite gotten out of the biting stage. I'm going crazy wondering what to do. You are so smart and stubborn, so just quit biting. Please!!!!!
You like to lay in your bed sideways. I notice it every night and wonder what kind of an interesting little guy you are gonna be.
You're something special! I love you so so much
Momma!!
