Just Yesterday

Max,

Yesterday, I picked you up from Mrs. Jena's and we went home.  Because you had scratched Tagg, I told you that you would not get to play my phone (you love Hay Day) or your i pad (which is really an amazon fire).  You weren't super happy about that, but you went in the house and immediately starting cooking.

Santa brought you and Tagg a play kitchen for Christmas.  You told me to sit down on the floor and we were going to have a picnic.  You cooked me gummies and marshmallows and you told me they were very hot because you just got them out of the microwave.  You also cooked me strawberry grape cake.  It was delicious.  You really have such a wonderful imagination.  Tagg was your helper.  When you two took a break from cooking, you decided to use your hammer to fix up the kitchen.

I left to go work out and when I got back you and Tagg met me outside on the steps with the most mischeivous little grins.  You both took off running in the house while I chased you and finally caught and tickled you both.

Daddy got you both in the shower and as I was cleaning up the toilet water you and Tagg had splashed into the floor of your bathroom, I could hear you singing at the top of your lungs: "I'm so fancy, Let it Go, Let it Go."  I just had to let out a laugh...you are funny and cute and your own person....just some of the things I love about you.

Since you didn't eat all of your taco meat at supper, daddy said you had to eat it before you ate anything else.  So, after your shower, you sat down in your booster and forced down about 3 spoonfuls of taco meat....Funniest face ever when you put it in your mouth.  If I didn't know any better, I would thing you had just bit into a lemon!  You did eat it though!

We read books and went over our animal and color flashcards before bed!  You only missed the color brown...it did look a little red, but you got it the second time around.  Smart Boy!!

I love you always,
Momma
